Uses of Ladygra
If there is a lack of a sufficient amount of blood supply to the female reproductive organs, the organs lose their sensitivity. This medicine improves the amount of blood supply to the female reproductive organs during sexual intercourse which increases their sensitivity thus giving complete sexual satisfaction and sexual pleasure.
Dose
The commonly prescribed dose is 100 mg once a day.
The onset of Action and Duration of Effect
The action of this medicine is witnessed within 30 to 120 minutes after taking the medicine orally. The onset of action can vary from person to person. The effect of this medicine persists for an average duration of 4 hours.
Dosing Instructions
Ladygra Tablets should be taken around 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to sexual intercourse. This medicine has to be consumed with water. Do not crush, chew or spilled the tablet. Do not exceed the dose and duration specified by the physician. Never take two doses in a period of 24 hours.
Common Side-effects
The following commonly seen side effects eventually subside after discontinuing the medicine-

Warnings and Precautions
Inform your doctor about your complete medical history before he recommends to take Ladygra 100mg. Avoid taking Ladygra if you had an allergic reaction to its active component Sildenafil Citrate or any other PDE-5 inhibitor pregnant women or those who are planning pregnancy should not consume Ladygra. The use of Ladygra is also not suitable for nursing mothers. The outdoor activities such as driving or operating machinery or other activities that require concentration should be avoided while taking Ladygra as sildenafil citrate can induce mild drowsiness. Eating food high in fat content, consumption of grapefruit or grapefruit juice while on treatment with this medicine can interfere with its action and may not produce desired results. It may even produce undesirable consequences. This medicine may produce severe hypotension or drop in blood pressure when administered concomitantly with nitrates which are drugs used to treat chest pain, alpha-blockers, and other blood pressure-lowering medicines like amlodipine and beta-blockers which are medicines used to control blood pressure. Also, antivirals medicines like ritonavir, saquinavir, anti-fungal medicines like ketoconazole, itraconazole, and anti-bacterial medicines like erythromycin should not be administered with this medicine. Do not consume alcohol and refrain from smoking while on treatment with this medicine. This medicine is not suitable for use in females below 18 years of age. In case you overdose, immediately report to your healthcare provider.
